Refund Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent. If something goes wrong, contact support and we’ll help.

Effective date

Subscription refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong plan, billing error), contact support as soon as possible.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime is a one-time purchase that provides access for as long as the InvySmart service is available. If a Lifetime refund is approved, it may be processed on a pro-rata basis based on days used, using the Ultimate monthly plan price as the baseline; the remaining unused portion (if any) is refunded. If the service is discontinued or becomes unavailable, no refund is due solely because the service is no longer available.
